AooooA（本服務）由 Soren Software Studio 營運。你上傳一支影片，我們產出翻譯字幕與 配音。本政策說明我們收集什麼、為什麼收集、送給誰、留多久。

1. 我們收集的資料

• 你的 email——建立帳號與寄送登入驗證碼用。我們不收集密碼。
• 你上傳的影片或音訊檔案本身。
• 從中抽出的音訊，以及由它產生的逐字稿與譯文。
• 一份影片中人聲的聲音複本（voice clone）——為了讓配音聽起來像原本 說話的人。它由影片中的一段人聲樣本產生，存放在下方所列的語音服務商處，不在我們 自己的伺服器上。
• 你在開始處理之前確認的使用聲明（你對影片擁有的權利、你對成品負的 責任，以及使用聲音複製時的聲音授權），連同確認時間與當時的條款版本。
• 用量紀錄（處理了幾分鐘、哪一種處理、成功或失敗）——用於計費與 容量規劃。這份紀錄只帶帳號的內部識別碼，不帶 email。

聲音複製只在你主動確認授權聲明之後才會發生。如果影片裡的聲音不是 你自己的，請先取得該人的同意再上傳——我們無從判斷影片中的人是誰，也無法代替你 取得同意。

2. 處理你的影片會用到的第三方

處理一支影片需要下列服務商。你的影片與音訊由我們的伺服器傳送給他們，因此他們收到的 是我們伺服器的位址，不是你的 IP：

• Cloudflare——儲存你上傳的檔案、處理過程的中間產物與最終成品， 並提供本服務的運算與網路。登入驗證碼的寄送亦由其電子郵件服務處理。
• 阿里雲 Alibaba Cloud（新加坡）——語音辨識（產生逐字稿）、文字 翻譯、聲音複製與配音語音合成。你影片的完整音訊會傳送到 新加坡進行語音辨識；用來製作聲音複本的人聲樣本同樣送往新加坡，產生出來的 聲音複本也存放在那裡。
• MVSep——把音訊分離成「人聲」與「背景音樂／音效」兩軌，配音才能 疊回原本的背景聲。分離用的音訊會傳送給它，處理完成後由我們主動刪除。

我們與上述任何一家都沒有「以你的影片、聲音或文字訓練模型」的安排。 你的影片與聲音複本不會被出售或分享給廣告商、資料仲介或任何其他第三方。

3. 誰看得到你的影片

儲存空間不公開。播放與下載都透過一次性的簽名網址進行，該網址一小時 後失效，且必須先以你的帳號登入才能取得。我們不會為了任何目的瀏覽你上傳的內容，除非 你主動回報問題並要求我們協助查看。

4. 保存期限

• 你上傳的來源檔案——14 天後自動刪除。
• 處理過程的中間檔案（分離出的人聲軌、逐字稿、逐句配音片段等）—— 60 天後自動刪除。它們是「重新輸出」與「單句重配」的材料，所以與 成品同壽。
• 配音與字幕成品——60 天後自動刪除。編輯器內會顯示 每支成品的到期日，請在到期前下載。
• 尚無有效方案時上傳的檔案——2 小時後自動刪除。
• 聲音複本——在你刪除該專案、該次配音失敗、或你刪除帳號時一併刪除。
• 使用聲明——長期保存，因為它是「你當時聲明擁有這支影片與其中聲音的 使用授權」這件事的紀錄。你刪除帳號時這筆紀錄保留，但其中的帳號關聯會被移除，成為 無法對應到任何人的匿名紀錄。
• 用量紀錄——三個月後自動過期。

5. 你的權利

你可以隨時刪除單一專案，或刪除整個帳號。刪除帳號會一併刪除你的專案、上傳的檔案、 成品與聲音複本（例外見第 4 節的使用聲明）。需要協助請來信 support@aooooa.com。

6. Cookie

我們不使用追蹤用 cookie，也沒有第三方分析或廣告腳本。登入狀態存在你瀏覽器的 localStorage 裡，只有本站讀得到。

7. 變更

本政策若有實質變更，會更新本頁頂端的日期。

AooooA is operated by Soren Software Studio. You upload a video; we produce translated subtitles and a dubbed track. This is the English mirror of the Chinese text above; if the two differ, the Chinese version governs.

1. What we collect

Your email address (for your account and sign-in codes; we never collect a password), the file you upload, the audio extracted from it, the transcript and translation derived from it, a voice clone created from a sample of the speech in your video, the usage declaration you confirm before processing starts, and usage records (minutes processed, which pipeline, success or failure) keyed to an internal account id rather than your email.

Voice cloning happens only after you actively confirm the declaration. If the voice in the video is not yours, obtain that person's consent before uploading — we cannot identify who is in your video and cannot obtain consent on your behalf.

2. Third parties involved in processing

Cloudflare (storage, compute, network, and delivery of sign-in code emails); Alibaba Cloud, Singapore (speech recognition, translation, voice cloning and speech synthesis — your video's full audio is sent to Singapore); MVSep (separating speech from background music and effects; we delete the result there once processing completes). None of them has any arrangement with us to train models on your video, voice or text. We do not sell or share your content.

3. Who can see your video

Storage is not public. Playback and download use one-time signed URLs that expire after one hour and require you to be signed in. We do not review your uploads unless you ask us to while reporting a problem.

4. Retention

Source uploads: 14 days. Intermediate files and finished subtitles/dubs: 60 days (the editor shows each expiry date — download before then). Files uploaded without an active plan: 2 hours. Voice clones: deleted when you delete the project, when a dub fails, or when you delete your account. Usage declarations: retained long-term as the record of your declaration, and de-linked from your account on deletion. Usage records: expire after three months.

5. Your rights

You may delete any project or your whole account at any time; deleting your account also deletes your uploads, outputs and voice clones. Contact support@aooooa.com.

6. Cookies

No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics or ad scripts. Your session lives in this site's own localStorage.
