1. 服務內容
AooooA（本服務）由 Soren Software Studio 營運：你上傳自己的影片或音訊檔，由我們產生 翻譯、字幕與 AI 配音——包括以檔案中的聲音生成合成語音（聲音複製）——並輸出成品。 使用本服務即表示你同意本條款。
2. 你上傳的內容
你只能上傳你擁有必要權利或授權的內容。這包括影片中出現的人已同意 以此方式被使用，以及你有權翻譯與改作該影片。 明文禁止上傳未經著作權人同意的受著作權保護內容，也禁止未經聲音本人 同意而以其聲音生成合成語音。開始處理之前，你必須確認一份使用聲明；使用聲音複製功能 時，該聲明另外包含你擁有影片中聲音的使用授權。我們會留存該聲明紀錄，連同時間與當時 的條款版本。
禁止將聲音複製或配音結果用於冒充他人、詐欺、騷擾，或具誤導性的政治或商業內容。
3. 產出的歸屬與你的責任
在你遵守本條款的前提下，產出（配音影片、音軌與字幕檔）的權利歸你所有， 你對產出的任何使用負完全責任，包括其散布是否合法。
4. 賠償
就任何因你違反本條款、違反法律，或你對本服務或其產出的任何使用所引起的第三方主張與 訴因（包括合理律師費），你同意賠償並使我們及我們的代表免受損害； 未經我們事前書面同意，你不得就該等第三方主張達成和解。
5. 媒體保存與刪除
上傳的來源檔案與產出僅於有限期間內保存（實際天數見 隱私權政策第 4 節，該處是唯一的權威來源；本條刻意不重複數字， 避免兩份文件分岔），到期自動刪除；你也可以隨時刪除專案，刪除時一併移除為該專案建立 的聲音複製資料。刪除帳號時，上述資料（含聲音複製資料）亦一併刪除。
6. 用量與點數
用量以點計：1 點 ＝ 1 秒配音，與影片長度成正比， 並依你選擇的處理方式而不同：
- 「直接配音」——每分鐘影片消耗 60 點。
- 只產生字幕（翻譯字幕或原文字幕）——每分鐘 24 點。
- 字幕完成後再加購配音——只需補足差額（每分鐘 36 點）。 先做字幕再加配音，與一開始就選擇配音，總消耗量完全相同。
- 重新配音（改完字幕後重新合成）與重新輸出影片同樣消耗點數：每個專案 第一次免費，之後每次依片長計算。
實際數字會在你按下開始之前顯示在畫面上。
點數一經扣除即不退還，包含處理失敗與你自行取消該次處理的情形。 取而代之的是兩項保障：處理過程若遇到暫時性故障（上游逾時、網路中斷等），系統會 自動重試，你不需要做任何事；而確定無法完成的情形 （例如檔案中偵測不到任何語音、檔案損毀無法讀取）會在我們開始耗用處理資源 之前就中止，並不扣除點數。
⚠️ 本服務目前尚未開放付費訂購。方案、價格與退款方式會在開賣前於本站 明確揭露，並於屆時更新本條款。
7. 服務可用性與免責
本服務依「現況」提供。我們會盡合理努力維持可用性，但不保證不中斷、無錯誤，或產出的 翻譯與配音在任何用途上皆屬正確或適用。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對間接、附隨或 衍生的損害負責。
8. 終止
你可以隨時刪除帳號停止使用。若你違反本條款——特別是第 2 節關於上傳內容與聲音授權的 規定——我們得暫停或終止你的帳號。

AooooA is operated by Soren Software Studio. This is the English mirror of the Chinese text above; if the two differ, the Chinese version governs.
1. The service
You upload your own video or audio file; we produce translation, subtitles and AI dubbing — including synthetic speech generated from the voice in your file (voice cloning) — and return the output files.
2. What you upload
You may only upload content you hold the necessary rights or licences to, including the consent of people appearing in it and the right to translate and adapt it. Uploading copyrighted content without the rightsholder's permission is prohibited, as is generating synthetic speech from someone's voice without their consent. You must confirm a usage declaration before processing starts; when voice cloning is used, that declaration additionally covers your licence to the voice in the file. We retain that declaration together with its timestamp and the terms version in force.
Using cloned voices or dubbed output to impersonate, defraud, harass, or to create misleading political or commercial content is prohibited.
3. Output and your responsibility
Provided you comply with these terms, you own the rights in the output (dubbed video, audio track and subtitle files), and you are fully responsible for any use you make of it, including whether its distribution is lawful.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our representatives harmless from any third-party claims and causes of action (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or any use by you of the service or its output. You may not settle any such claim without our prior written consent.
5. Retention and deletion
Uploads and outputs are retained for a limited period only — see section 4 of the Privacy Policy, which is the single authoritative source for the actual number of days. You may delete a project at any time, which also removes the voice clone created for it. Deleting your account deletes all of the above.
6. Metering
Usage is metered in points: 1 point = 1 second of dubbing. Dubbing costs 60 points per minute of video; subtitles alone cost 24 points per minute; adding dubbing to a finished subtitle project costs only the 36-point difference, so taking the careful route costs exactly the same as choosing dubbing up front. Re-dubbing and re-exporting are free once per project and metered thereafter. The exact figure is shown before you start. Points are non-refundable once deducted, including on failure or cancellation; in exchange, transient failures are retried automatically, and failures that cannot succeed (no speech detected, unreadable file) are stopped before any points are deducted.

7. Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that translations and dubbing will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, in particular section 2.
